
Pirate Baseball To Host Second Annual Bark At The Park

GREENVILLE, N.C. – East Carolina Athletics will be hosting its Second Annual "Bark at the Park" at Lewis Field inside Clark-LeClair Stadium on Saturday, April 29. Fans are encouraged to bring their dogs to the ballpark for an afternoon of ECU Baseball. The Pirates will host the Tulane Green Wave at 4 p.m. (ET) with gates opening at 2 p.m. The designated dog seating area will be located in right field.
Doggie tickets will be sold for just $2 and only one dog per ECU Student or Adult ticket will be permitted. Call the ECU Athletics Ticket Office at 800-DIAL-ECU or click on the following here link to purchase your tickets today.

- Fans participating in Bark at the Park will only be allowed to enter Clark-LeClair Stadium through Gate 6 (located on the first base side). The attached waivers (PDF) must be completed and submitted prior to entry into the ballpark (Adult Waiver l Minor Waiver).
- Dog owners assume responsibility for the actions of their dogs while at this event. All dogs must be kept on a fixed leash (no longer than 6 ft.) at all times. No retractable leashes.
- This game may be crowded and the weather could be warm. Please ensure your dog is comfortable in these types of conditions before planning to attend the event.
- Required up-to-date vaccinations include: Rabies, DHLP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Para influenza), Parvo and Bortadella.

Water coolers will be made available by ECU Athletics; however, the owners will be responsible for bringing a drinking bowl for their dog. Dogs cool themselves down by panting and are not nearly as efficient as humans. Please keep the comfort and safety of your dog in the forefront of your mind when planning out this fun day at the stadium.
NOTE: You must sign a waiver stating that your dog's vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian are current. This waiver holds you (the owner) liable in the event of an incident. We recommend you contact your veterinarian regarding other vaccinations that may suit your dog's needs. East Carolina Athletics reserves the right to deny any dog or human entrance to Lewis Field at Clark-LeClair Stadium for the "Bark at the Park" event for any reason they may see fit. Participants are expected to practice responsible pet ownership.
