
Soccer Adds Nine Student-Athletes For 2018 Campaign

GREENVILLE, N.C. – First-year ECU soccer head coach Jason Hamilton has secured commitments from nine student-athletes to join the program for the upcoming 2018 season. The group consists of four defenders, two midfielders, two forwards and a goalkeeper.

- A four-year starter for head coach Scott Bilton at West Forsyth.
- Has helped the Titans to a 66-7 overall record in three seasons on the varsity squad.
- As a junior in 2017, scored 26 goals and tallied 23 assists as West Forsyth won the 4A state championship.
- Has garnered three all-conference selections, two all-region nods and an all-state honor.
- Owns 39 goals and 41 assists thus far in her prep career.
- Also competes for the USSDA U19 girls team with the Charlotte Soccer Academy.

- Has earned a three-star Top Drawer Soccer ranking as well as IMG top 150 recruit designation (2014-current).

- Earned the team defensive MVP award as a junior and notched seven shutouts, leading Millbrook to the third round of the state playoffs.
- Competes for the U19 NC Courage GDA and North Carolina FC

- Helped guide Downington to an 18-5-1 overall record as a junior as the Cougars finished in the top 16 in the state among 4A schools.
- Garnered first-team all-league, first-team all-area and Second-Team All-Southeastern Pa. accolades her junior campaign.
- Competed with the Penn Fusion Club along with fellow ECU commit Kathrynn Gonzalez, helping the team qualify for the 2016 National ECNL Playoffs Champions League.
