Adrienne Millican represents the first player in program history to qualify for the NCAA Championships (2004) and led the Pirates to their first-ever appearance at the NCAA Regional Championships in 2003 before doing it again in 2005. She is a three-time All-Conference USA selection, garnering first-team accolades in 2004 and 2005 as well as second-team plaudits in 2003. Millican claimed five wins during her career – the second most in school history. For her efforts, she was tabbed to the Conference USA All-Decade Team.
