A two-time honorable mention All-American, Randolph holds the ECU career record for tackles with 493. During his four-year career, he led the Pirates in tackles three times and was twice named an All-Southern Conference performer. He was the first player in school history to amass more than 160 tackles in a season with 166 in 1977. That total currently stands fourth on the school's single-season list.
