Men's Basketball Team To Hold Purple-Gold Scrimmage

Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase season tickets during the scrimmage and members of the ECU Athletics Department will be on site to answer questions regarding season ticket orders.
The Pirates return an experienced group of veterans, seven lettermen total, including four starters led by senior point guard Travis Holcomb-Faye. In addition to Holcomb-Faye, ECU also returns Conference USA's leading shot blocker, sophomore Moussa Badiane and its fourth leading rebounder, junior Erroyl Bing.
ECU will play a pair of exhibition games at Minges Coliseum before opening the regular season on the road against Middle Tennessee State on Nov. 22. The Pirates will take on the U.S. Marine Corps on Nov. 7 and the EA All-Stars on Nov. 12. Both games are slated for 7 p.m. starts.
