
Lady Pirates To Hold Purple-Gold Basketball Scrimmage

GREENVILLE, N.C. --- The East Carolina women's basketball team will hold its first scrimmage of the season in the annual Purple-Gold game in Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum on Saturday, Nov. 8 at 10 a.m.
At 1 p.m., following the men's scrimmage at noon, an autograph session with both women's and men's basketball players will be held inside the coliseum.
The scrimmages will be a part of the weekend's Homecoming festivities highlighted by the Pirates' football game against USF at 2 p.m.
Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase season tickets, and representatives from the ECU Athletic Department will be on site to answer questions regarding tickets.
The Lady Pirates will play their first exhibition game of the season on Monday, Nov. 10 against WBC Ilirija, with the tip-off set for 7 p.m.
