ECU Baseball Hosts Winter Camp

Assistant coaches Tommy Eason, Allen Osborne, Nick Schnabel along with other area Division I, II and junior college coaches will join Mazey as instructors. The Camp is an instructional camp designed to prepare campers for the opportunity to play baseball at the next level. The quality of instruction will be oriented to players looking to play college baseball. Campers will receive aid in pitching, hitting, infield and outfield play, catching and baserunning.
An instructional seminar for parents of potential college prospects will also be held on Saturday, Dec. 27 from 1-5 p.m. Topics will include recruiting, eligibility and scholarship information.
Applications are still being accepted through the baseball office and walk-ups will be accepted the first day of camp. A nonrefundable deposit of $100 must accompany any early applications to reserve spots with the remaining balnace due on day one of camp. Camp times are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
