Special Promotions Planned for Lady Pirates' Sunday Game

GREENVILLE, N.C. -- A variety of special promotions have been planned in conjunction with East Carolina's women's basketball game against Cincinnati on Sunday, Feb. 9. The Conference USA matchup, which tips off at 1 p.m., will be televised throughout the region by NBC affiliate WITN-TV, the Official Station of the Pirates.
Sunday has been designated as "Purple Shirt Day" as an fan wearing a purple shirt to Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum will receive free admission.
A postgame autograph session with the Lady Pirates is also planned.
In addition, the game has been designated as National Girls and Women in Sports Day as well as Girl Scout Day.
