Time Change For Men's Basketball Game Against Charlotte

GREENVILLE, N.C. - The East Carolina-Charlotte basketball game on Jan. 10 has been moved to a newly-schedule time of 8 p.m. EST at Halton Arena. The game was rescheduled to allow fans the opporunity to view the NFL Playoff game between the Carolina Panthers and St. Louis Rams, which is scheduled for a 4:30 p.m. kick-off. The basketball game was previously set for 7 p.m.
Signature Sports Group, Inc., the marketing arm of the Charlotte 49ers Athletic Department, also announced that national recording artist Clay Aiken will be on-hand to perform during the 49ers' Conference USA men's basketball game with East Carolina, Saturday, Jan. 10 on-campus at Halton Arena. In addition, Clay Aiken Bobble Head dolls will be given away free to all fans in attendance.
ECU (8-2, 0-0) opens up Conference USA play Wednesday night against UAB (7-4, 0-0) inside Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
