
Pirates and 'Pack Sold Out Again

The first meeting of the season between the two on Wednesday, April 21 in Raleigh also sold out prior to the opening of the gates. Over 2,100 people attended the game in which the Pirates defeated the Wolfpack, 6-3.
Pirate Radio 1250 AM has also announced that it'll be giving away purple T-shirts to the first 1,250 fans at Grainger Stadium. The station will begin its coverage of the game two hours prior to the first pitch at 5 p.m. Jeff Charles and Gary Overton will call the play-by-play action beginning at 7 p.m.
Wednesday is also the deadline for ECU baseball season ticket holders and Pirate Club members at the Buccaneer Level and above to submit pre-orders for possible NCAA Regional and Super Regional Tournaments. Orders can be made on-line at www.ecupirates.com.
