
Boyce Named Assistant AD For Student Development

Prior to being promoted, Boyce served as the an Academic Coordinator. She is responsible for planning and implementing the annual "PCS Phosphate Breakfast of Champions" awards banquet and coordinating nationally recognized speaker's bureau program for student-athletes.
In her current position, Boyce oversees the academic progress of all ECU student-athletes and is involved in their personal, social, and career development. She also oversees the study centers and the tutorial program and she continues to serves as academic coordinator for five intercollegiate teams.
Boyce, a native of Tyner, N.C., is a 1986 graduate of East Carolina University with a bachelor of arts in english. She earned her master's in adult education from East Carolina in 2001. Boyce has been a member of the National Association of Academic Advisors For Athletics since 1992 where she has served on the New Member Committee and editor of The N4A News national newsletter.
