Pirate Players Report For Preseason Camp

After getting settled in their rooms at Scott Hall, the newcomers had their physicals done and were fitted for equipment as were the veteran players. Following dinner at Harvey Hall inside the Murphy Center, the Pirates went through a two-hour orientation process spending more than an hour with the athletics department's compliance staff covering a variety of NCAA regulations.
The team will conduct its first practice at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday morning at the Cliff Moore Practice Facility.
ECU will hold its annual media day on Saturday, August 14 and conduct its yearly Meet The Pirates night on Saturday, August 21 at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium. Tickets for Meet the Pirates are available by contacting the ECU Athletic Marketing Department (328-4530).
