
Complete Television Schedule Revealed For ECU Basketball

GREENVILLE, N.C. -- East Carolina will make a total of six appearances on local, regional and national television during the 2005-06 season. WITN TV-7 will televise three games on a local basis, CSTV will carry two games nationally and Fox Sports Net South will air one game regionally.
WITN will air its first of three ECU games during the season on Dec. 3 against Old Dominion. The local NBC affiliate will also carry home games against SMU on Jan. 18 and Tulsa on Jan. 28. WITN will also broadcast the Lady Pirates game against Tulsa on Jan. 29.
East Carolina will appear on CSTV, Conference USA's new television partner, twice during the season as a part of the network's national Wednesday night game package. ECU and Memphis open conference action on Jan. 11 from Greenville. CSTV will also broadcast the ECU's first-ever game against Rice on Feb. 15 from Houston.
Fox Sports Net South will also carry ECU's first meeting with Wake Forest in 20 years from Winston-Salem on Jan. 3.
CSTV will also carry early rounds of the 2006 Conference USA Men's Basketball Tournament from the FedEx Forum in Memphis, showing all four quarterfinal games live on Thursday, March 9 and the semifinals on March 10. CBS will air the championship game on March 11 at 11:45 a.m.
