ECU Offering Discounted Tickets for UNCW Game

Greenville, N.C. - The East Carolina athletic department is offering fans the chance to purchase tickets at special discounted price for its game against UNC Wilmington on Saturday, December 31.
Pirate fans can buy four tickets for $50 and receive a voucher for four complimentary hot dogs and four Pepsi products with their purchase. Since classes aren't in session at ECU because of the holidays, lower level seating will be available to the general public.
The game will be the first between the two schools since ECU left the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) to join Conference USA as an all-sports member in 2001. The two teams met at least twice each season from 1979-2001.

Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m. inside Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum.
