ECU Rolls Over Tulsa, 59-45

GREENVILLE, N.C. (AP) -- Corey Rouse scored 16 points and grabbed nine rebounds as East Carolina defeated Tulsa 59-45 Saturday in Conference USA play.

Sam Hinnant added 12 points for the Pirates (7-12, 1-5), who scored 19 points off 19 Tulsa turnovers.

Anthony Price came off the bench to score 13 points for Tulsa (7-11, 2-3), the only Golden Hurricane player to post double figures.

Tulsa's largest lead was only 4 points at the 13:57 mark of the first half. East Carolina, which shot 50 percent from the line, led by as many as 22 points at the 11:19 mark of the second half.
