
2007 ECU Home Kickoff Times Announced

GREENVILLE, N.C. - Official kickoff times for all six of East Carolina's home football games this fall were announced Thursday which features a balance of night and afternoon contests for a Pirates' schedule that includes battles against regional Atlantic Coast Conference members North Carolina and N.C. State.
In addition to start times, Conference USA officials also released its 2007 CSTV football broadcast schedule which includes ECU contests against the Tar Heels, Wolfpack and Central Florida.
East Carolina's home schedule will open with a televised 6:00 p.m. start against North Carolina Sept. 8 before the Pirates begin league play against defending divisional champion Southern Miss a week later on Sept. 15 with another 6:00 p.m. kickoff.
After trips to West Virginia and Houston, ECU will return to Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium Oct. 6 for a 7:30 p.m. matchup against UCF and will follow two weeks later by welcoming N.C. State to Greenville for the first time since 1999 in a 4:30 p.m. clash.
The Pirates will close out the month of October and help celebrate Homecoming festivities on the 27th when they host UAB at 3:00 p.m. before finishing regular season play at 1:00 p.m. on Nov. 24 against Tulane.
