
C-USA Championship Ticket Information

By virtue of its 25-20 victory over Southern Miss, East Carolina captured its second-straight Conference USA East Division title and will now host the 2009 C-USA Championship Game on Bagwell Field at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium Saturday, Dec. 5. The contest, which be aired nationally on ESPN2, is scheduled for a 12 noon kickoff.
Tickets, priced at $40.00 each, can be purchased online by visiting www.ECUPirates.com. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any championship tickets, and tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen. In addition, a no-pass out policy will be enforced for this contest.
The following process is in place for ordering tickets to this game for Pirate fans and ECU students:
Active Pirate Club members will have the first opportunity to purchase C-USA Championship Game tickets. Pirate Club members who purchased 2009 football season tickets, and are reserved parking permit holders, are guaranteed to receive their same seat and parking locations if their orders are received by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 1.
Season ticket holders also have until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday to keep their same regular season seating location. Season ticket holders are strongly encouraged to place orders on-line, logging in first to view their 2009 seat location.
All seating will be assigned using the Pirate Club priority point system.
All non-Pirate club ticket orders will be filled on a first-ordered, first-served basis after the Pirate Club deadline. General public orders are being accepted now, but credit cards will only be charged once an order is filled.
Ordering your tickets at www.ECUPirates.com is secure, fast and convenient. Follow the easy steps below to order:
1. Click on the TICKETS icon on the right hand side of the top menu bar.
2. From the drop down menu select the "Applications" link.
3. If you have already registered, fill in your Pirate Number & Password and your applications will appear. If you have not registered on-line before, please click on Register Now, you will then be asked for your Pirate Number and Pin number located at the top of your paper application. After you register, your application will appear.
4. Make sure you process each application you want to purchase tickets for. There are two different applications (C-USA Championship Game, Bowl); you will receive two (2) different confirmations. ECU will only charge your credit card for the Championship Game and/or which ever bowl the Pirates are selected to participate in.
5. Call the ECU Athletic Ticket Office at 252-737-4500 with any questions or if you need assistance
C-USA CHAMPIONSHIP PARKING & TICKET DELIVERY CHOICES:
1. Print At Home (preferred methods) - The easiest way to receive your tickets is by selecting the print at home delivery for your tickets. The tickets will be e-mailed to you in the form of a PDF. If you select this delivery method, a valid e-mail address must be provided in order to send the tickets. FedEx shipping service will still be utilized for all parking pass purchases.
2. Federal Express - Tickets and parking passes will be shipped via FedEx. All tickets and parking passes will be received no later than Friday, December 4.
3. Will-Call - Tickets and parking passes will be available for pick-up at the ECU Athletics Ticket Office beginning Thursday, December 3 from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. or Friday, December 4 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On game day, tickets will be available at the Minges Coliseum Box Office beginning at 8 a.m. Tickets will only be issued to the name of the person on the account and proper identification will be required at the time of pick-up.
The ECU Athletics Ticket Office will be open during the following hours to assist Pirate fans with walk-up, phone orders or to simply answer questions.

EAST CAROLINA UNIVERSITY STUDENT TICKETS
Conference USA is holding a block of tickets for ECU students, but the following process will be observed for obtaining tickets on a first-come, first-serve basis:
Student Pirate Club members can reserve a free ticket and purchase guest tickets online starting Sunday, November 29. Tickets will be also be available to SPC members Monday, both on-line and at the Minges Coliseum Box Office from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Guest tickets are $40.00 each.
General students can pick up a free ticket and purchase guest tickets starting Tuesday at 8 a.m. at the Minges Box Office or at the Mendenhall Box Office starting at 10 a.m. Guest tickets are $40.00 each.
Any remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning Thursday.
