McCarthy To Speak At Onslow Sports Club

East Carolina Head Basketball Coach Mack McCarthy will be the featured speaker of the Onslow Sports Club on Thursday, August 27.

McCarthy, who has been in college coaching for parts of four decades, is in his third season as the Pirates' head coach. He has won over 300 games during 18 seasons as a head coach and taken seven teams to postseason play. As its coach, McCarthy has guided ECU to its best finish and most wins as a Conference USA member.

The meeting will begin at 12:15 p.m. and will be held at the Jacksonville Country Club. Tickets are available for $12 each.
