
ECU-Charlotte Basketball Game To Be Televised On MASN

GREENVILLE, N.C. --- The East Carolina-Charlotte men's basketball game on Saturday, Dec. 3 will be televised regionally on MASN (Mid-Atlantic Sports Network) confirmed University officials on Wednesday. The game will tip-off at 5 p.m. inside Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum.
The Pirates are coming off a 63-58 loss at Old Dominion on Tuesday, while the 49ers haven't played since picking up a road victory at Wright State this past Saturday. This will be the 20th meeting in the series with Charlotte holding a 13-6 advantage. The two teams split a pair of games last season with the 49ers claiming victory at the Charleston Classic and ECU picking up a 62-61 win at home.
The Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN) is a regional sports network owned by two Major League Baseball franchises -- the Washington Nationals and Baltimore Orioles -- and televises every available game of both teams, live and in high-definition. The network is available in a seven-state region, from Harrisburg, Pa. to Charlotte, N.C. on more than 23 cable and fiber optic providers, and is televised nationally via satellite providers DirecTV and Dish Network.
