GREENVILLE, N.C. - Season tickets are now on sale for the 2011-12 East Carolina men's basketball campaign at the ECU Athletics Ticket Office and at ecupirates.com.
The men's home schedule includes eight Conference USA games and nine non-conference games. Season tickets begin at just $100 with the Economy Plan and Young Graduate Plan.
Pirate Club Priority and Faculty/Staff packages are also available and range from $180-$220. Each men's season ticket purchased includes a season ticket for the women's games.

The priority deadline to order or renew 2011-12 men's basketball season tickets is Wednesday, Sept. 7. All Pirate Club season ticket holders purchasing at full price will retain their seat location provided they meet the deadline.

The men's home schedule includes last season's C-USA regular-season champion UAB and tournament winner Memphis along with visits from Marshall, Southern Miss and UCF. The Pirates' complete schedule with dates and times will be released at a later date.
The Pirates are coming off an 18-win season a year ago, their first winning campaign since 1996-97. ECU also made its first postseason appearance in 18 years in 2011, participating in the CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament.
Under the direction of coach Jeff Lebo, who returns for his second year at the helm of the program, the Pirates won a school-record eight C-USA games and reached the semifinals of the C-USA Championship for the first time.
Senior Darrius Morrow and juniors Corvonn Gaines and Erin Straughn are among the seven returning lettermen from that team. Morrow ended the season by recording four consecutive double-doubles and ranks among the league's top-5 returning players in rebounding and field goal percentage. Gaines has the second-highest assist-to-turnover ratio of any returning player in C-USA this season.
Tickets may be purchased online, by telephone (800-DIAL-ECU or 252-328-4500) or in person at the ticket office, located in the old Pirate Club building on the south side of Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium, during regular business hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday).
