Football Single Game Tickets On Sale Monday

GREENVILLE, N.C. - Individual game tickets for all of East Carolina's 2011 regular season contests, including the Sept. 10 home opener versus Virginia Tech and an Oct. 1 battle against in-state rival North Carolina, will go on sale to the general public Monday, Aug. 8 beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Tickets for home Conference USA games against UAB, Tulane, Southern Miss and UCF are $40 each for adults and $25 for youth 12 and under. For the matchups against the Hokies and Tar Heels, the ticket price has been set at $60 each. Fans can make their purchases online at www.ECUPirates.com, by calling (800) DIAL-ECU or visiting the ECU Athletics Ticket Office. All tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Tickets still remain for ECU's Sept. 3 season opener against South Carolina in Charlotte for $60 each. Individual away game tickets for the Navy contest and all C-USA games are available as well.
Season ticket packages, including the $150 Economy Plan Plus, will continue to be available through Friday, Aug. 19, or until the allotment is exhausted. Also available until the 19th are the Purple Package (Virginia Tech plus two Conference USA games) and the Gold Package (North Carolina plus two Conference USA games) for $120 each.
