Meet The Pirates Basketball Event Schedule For Oct. 15

GREENVILLE, N.C. --- East Carolina University will host Meet The Pirates for basketball on Saturday, October 15, inside Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum beginning at 5 p.m.
The event will feature the introductions of the ECU men's and women's basketball teams including a skills competition along with performances by the ECU cheerleaders. Players and coaches will be available for autographs and pictures following the festivities.
A projection screen television will also be set up, where fans can watch the Pirates' football game against Memphis that evening at 7 p.m.
The Pirates open the 2011-12 season on Friday, Nov. 11 at 7 p.m. against Milligan College. Season tickets for all 17 home games begin at just $100 with the Economy Plan and Young Graduate Plan and may be purchased online, by telephone (800-DIAL-ECU or 252-328-4500) or in person at the ECU Athletics Ticket Office.
The ladies' season will also commence on Nov. 11 in Charleston, S.C. against College of Charleston. They will host St. Andrews in their home opener on Nov. 13.
