2012 River Landing Final Results 
The Flames finished nine strokes ahead of Duke and N.C. State, whom tied for second-place. Liberty fired a 54-hole total of 18-under 846 (283-285-278), while the Wolfpack (286-284-285) and Blue Devils (291-281-283) each finished at 9-under 855. East Carolina (304-274-281) and North Carolina (289-286-284) tied for fourth-place at 5-under 859.
Paolini entered the third round three strokes off the lead, but posted a 6-under 66 in the final round to capture individual medalist honors. Paolini shot a 54-hole total of 8-under 208 (73-69-66). Liberty's Niklas Lindstrom finished runner-up with a 7-under 209 (71-70-68).
Liberty's Robert Karlsson and Winthrop's Jordan Sease finished tied for third at 6-under 210.
After posting a 304 in the first round Friday, East Carolina rallied to record the lowest team score of the tournament in round two (274) and then posted the second-lowest score of the final round (281) to move from 10th-place into fourth.
ECU's Zach Edmondson claimed his second consecutive top-10 finish by shooting 4-under 212 to place seventh. Ryan Eibner also finished among the top-10, tying for eighth at 3-under 213; his third top-10 finish of the spring.
Newcomer Eric Brady also finished under-par with a 54-hole tally of 1-under 215 to tie for13th. Connor Sock shot par to tie for 19th. Senior David Watkins finished at 1-over, while classmate Adam Stephenson was 3-over, Jack Keefe fired a 4-over and Harold Varner finished at 7-over.
ECU will next compete in the Wolfpack Spring Intercollegiate at the Lonnie Poole Golf Course on the Centennial Campus at N.C. State University, April 13-14.
