CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Charlotte officials have announced that the Conference USA weekend series between East Carolina and Charlotte scheduled for this weekend at Tom and Lib Phillips Field has been altered due to the potential forecast of inclement weather in the area Sunday afternoon.
The Pirates and 49ers will play doubleheader Saturday with game one starting at 2 p.m. (ET) followed by game two approximately 45 minutes later. Friday's series opener is still scheduled for a 6 p.m. first pitch.
Revised Schedule:
Game 1: Friday, March 21 (6 p.m.)
Game 2: Saturday, March 22 (2 p.m.)
Game 3: Saturday, March 22 (approximately 45 minutes after first Saturday game)
