Haig Point's stunning course has appeared multiple times in Golf Digest's "America's 100 Greatest Courses" and "Best in State," and earned a position in Golf Magazine's "Top 100 in the World."
Jones, for whom the event is named, is a well-known golf course architect who is a vocal champion for the cause of environmentally-friendly golf courses. The son of legendary course architect Robert Trent Jones, the younger Jones has designed or redesigned more than 100 courses throughout his career.
