
Luke Lowery Selected In 14th Round By Arizona Diamondbacks

GREENVILLE, N.C. -East Carolina junior Luke Lowery was selected in the 14th round by the Arizona Diamondbacks Wednesday afternoon during the third day of the 2015 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft.
Lowery, who earned First-Team All-American and AAC All-Tournament Team honors in 2015, was taken with the 406th and is the second Pirate selected in this year's draft behind Reid Love (10th RD/Baltimore Orioles).
Also selected on day two of the MLB Draft was ECU commitment Isaiah White (Miami Marlins, Round 3, pick 85).
