GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina women's basketball team travels to Hampton on Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Hampton Convocation Center. The game will be available for streaming on FloHoops ($).

Last Time Out
The Pirates dominated the North Carolina A&T Aggies last time out. Four Pirates scored in double figures led by Danae McNeal with 19 points. McNeal also added six steals to the team's 22 on the game, the sixth most in a game in school history. More history was made as 24 assists for the Pirates was the 12th most in a game all time. Individually, Amiya Joyner contributed her first-career double-double and Jayla Hearp scored a season-best 18 points.

Scouting the Lady Pirates
Hampton has gotten off to a tough start, dropping six of their first nine contests with wins over Mid-Atlantic Christian, Delaware State and Saint Peters. Most recently the Lady Pirates fell to James Madison at home, 52-57.

Hampton is led in scoring by Camryn Hill and Nylah Young with 16.7 and 13.2 points per game, respectively. Young also leads the team with 7.4 rebounds per game and six total blocks, while Victoria Mason paces the Lady Pirates with 40 assists and 28 steals.

Series History
ECU and Hampton have met nine times throughout their histories dating back to 1985 with ECU holding a 6-2 record all time. The teams met most recently a year ago, a 75-58 home win in Minges Coliseum. Four Pirates scored in double figures on the day led by Taniyah Thompson with 19.
