
Men's Basketball Season Tickets On Sale Now

GREENVILLE, N.C. – East Carolina Athletics announced today that renewals and season ticket orders for the 2023-24 men's basketball season will be accepted beginning Thursday, Aug. 31 at 11 a.m.

The Pirates will play 11 non-conference and nine conference games inside Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum. The non-conference portion of the home schedule is highlighted by games against UNC Wilmington on Nov. 30 and South Carolina on Dec. 9.Â

The season tips off with six consecutive home games including the Pirate Classic, the first multi-team event inside Minges since the 1968 ECU Classic. ECU will welcome three teams for the three-day tournament, starting with a matchup against Northeastern (Nov. 19) followed by Georgia Southern (Nov. 20) and Kennesaw State (Nov. 21).

Among the conference teams ECU is scheduled to host are 2023 NCAA Tournament participant Memphis and 2023 National Invitational Tournament champion North Texas. The Pirates will also face Charlotte, SMU, Temple, Wichita State, South Florida, Tulane and Tulsa in Minges Coliseum.

Game times for conference games and television information will be announced at a later date along with the finalized American Athletic Conference slate.

Men's basketball season tickets will start as low as $125 for economy plans and Pirate Club Young Grad program members. Pirate Club priority seating is available for $250 (membership required for sections 201, 205-209, 213-216) and the priority order deadline for Pirate Club members is Monday, September 25. Those who are Bronze Sabre Level or above will be allotted a maximum of six priority tickets while Golden Pirate to Scholarship Level will be allotted a maximum of four priority tickets. ECU employees are also able to purchase season tickets in the aforementioned sections at a discounted rate of $205.

ECU Athletics is excited to unveil new Lower Level Chairback seats to replace the bleachers on the team benches side of Minges Coliseum. Â These seats are $400 and are available to purchase in priority. Individuals with season tickets in sections 112, 113 and 114 will need to select a new seat location for the upcoming season.Â
