GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina women's tennis team won its fifth-straight decision Saturday afternoon, defeating Campbell by a 6-1 margin at the River Birch Tennis Center.

ECU won the doubles point for the seventh time this season while capturing five of six singles bouts. The Camels (5-4) had come out on top in five of their last six matches entering the encounter.

Ines Bachir and Alisha Hussain defeated Mariana Ossa and Eeva Ristola by a 6-3 margin on doubles court one while Martina Muzzolon and Kexuan Zhou cruised to a 6-1 victory over Lena Karlovcan and Mialy Ranaivo at the No. 2 position.

Bachir, Muzzolon, Hussain and Madi all won by straight sets in singles action while Kim Auerswald won a tiebreak on court three to help the Pirates dominate the day.
