2024-25 American Men's Basketball Opponent Assignments Set

IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference opponent assignments for the East Carolina men's basketball team have been set, as announced by the league on Thursday. ECU's conference slate will consist of 18 league contests, with three opponents in home-only games, three away-only games and six home-and-home series.

The Pirates will play six teams inside Minges Coliseum and on the road with South Florida, Florida Atlantic, Temple, Tulane, UTSA and in-state foe Charlotte.

ECU will play host to UAB, North Texas and Rice while facing Memphis, Wichita State and Tulsa for standalone road games.

The first play date for league play is Tuesday, December 31, 2024 with the final day of league play taking place on Sunday, March 9, 2025, ahead of the 2025 American Men's Basketball Championship, to be held at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, March 12-16.
