2024-25 American Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Schedule Announced

Irving, Texas – Trips to the Sunshine State bookend the 2024-25 American Athletic Conference slate for the East Carolina men's basketball team as the league announced the conference schedules for all 13 schools on Thursday afternoon.
The Pirates get AAC play started on the road for the second straight season as ECU visits last year's regular season conference champion South Florida for a New Year's Eve battle before hosting Florida Atlantic (Jan. 5) and Temple (Jan. 8) for a two-game homestand. ECU will trek west for its lone regular season matchup with Memphis (Jan. 11) before returning to Minges to face North Texas (Jan. 14). The team will close out the month of January with a two-game Midwest road trip against Wichita State (Jan. 18) and Tulsa (Jan. 21), followed by a home contest with South Florida (Jan. 25).
East Carolina opens the month of February in the City of Brotherly Love to face Temple (Feb. 1) and then hosts Rice (Feb. 5) for a midweek clash. The Pirates will travel to Texas to face UTSA (Feb. 8) for the first of its two regular-season matchups with the Roadrunners before returning to Minges to host UAB (Feb. 11). The team will end the month of February with a two-game road trip to in-state foe Charlotte (Feb. 15) and Tulane (Feb. 19) before a home contest against UTSA (Feb. 23).
The Pirates will host Charlotte (Mar. 2) and Tulane (Mar. 6) before closing out the regular season with a trip to Florida Atlantic (Mar. 9).
The American Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Championship will be held at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas from March 12-16.
Game times and TV designations will be announced at a later date.
