
ECU Hosts Liberty For Senior Weekend

GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina women's swimming and diving team will play host its last home meet of the season in Minges Natatorium starting Friday afternoon when it welcomes in Liberty for a two-day event. Friday's action begins at 5 p.m. (ET), while Saturday will get underway at 1 p.m. (ET).

Seven student-athletes in Meghan Armstrong, Alayna Carlson, Rachel Gibson, Kaylee Hamblin, Ava Iannetta, Laura Kellberg and Sophie Knepper will be honored prior to Saturday's events with a senior recognition beginning at 12:40 p.m.

The Pirates, who are 10-1 on the season, will compete in the 200 Medley Relay, 1000 Freestyle, 200 Freestyle, 50 Freestyle, 1-meter Dive, 200 IM, 100 Backstroke, 100 Breaststroke, 200 Butterfly and 400 Freestyle Relay on Friday. Saturday's scheduled events are 400 Medley Relay, 500 Freestyle, 100 Freestyle, 200 Backstroke, 3-Meter Dive, 200 Breaststroke, 100 Butterfly. 400 IM and 200 Freestyle Relay.
