
Pirates Set To Tee Off Spring At FAU Paradise Invitational Monday

Boca Raton, Fla. – The East Carolina women's golf team returns to the links as the Pirates tee off their spring slate on Monday in the FAU Paradise Invitational, hosted by Florida Atlantic at the Osprey Point Golf Club in Boca Raton. Fla.
Joining the Pirates and Florida Atlantic in the two-day event are Tulane, Cincinnati, Mercer, Kentucky, Texas Tech, Rutgers, Florida International, Denver, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Kennesaw State, BYU and Oklahoma State.
"Weather has played a role in hampering preparations but very excited with how competitive our team qualifying was over 54 holes to help prepare us for the FAU event," director of golf Kevin Williams said.
ECU will field a lineup of Danielle Modder, Zoe Allaux, Ella Stalvey, Karsyn Roberts and Nicole Nash. The Pirates are coming off an impressive fall as the team recorded three top-five finishes in its five tournaments played.
