
Pirates Land Eight On Phil Steele Preseason All-AAC Squads

GREENVILLE, N.C. – Eight East Carolina football players have been named to preseason All-American Athletic Conference Teams according to an announcement by Phil Steele Magazine. The Pirates had three offensive players, four defensive players and one specialist garner accolades ahead of the 2025 season.

The Pirates selections by the publication were WR Anthony Smith (first team), DL J.D. Lampley (second team), DB Jordy Lowery (second team), DB Ja'Marley Riddle (second team), OL Jimarion McCrimon (third team), DL Ryheem Craig (third team), PR Brock Spalding (third team) and RB London Montgomery (fourth team).

Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. (ET) and will be televised on the Atlantic Coast Conference Network (ACCN). New season ticket orders are on sale now with packages starting as low as $115 each.
