
ECU Athletics To Recognize ECU Football Team On Sunday, January 11

GREENVILLE, N.C. – Pirate fans are invited to celebrate the Pirates Military Bowl win on Sunday, January 11 prior to the men's basketball game against UAB in Minges Coliseum. Fans will be able to view and take photos with the Military Bowl trophy, which was awarded on the field in Annapolis. The trophy will be on display in the Williams Hall of Fame inside Minges Coliseum beginning when gates open at 12:30 p.m.
The ECU football team will also be recognized on the court during the first half of the men's basketball game.
Tipoff between the Pirates and UAB is set for 2 p.m. Tickets for the game are available starting at $12. Click here to purchase your tickets.
Led by head coach Blake Harrell, the Pirates won back-to-back bowl games for the first time since 1964-65 with both wins coming against ACC opponents. The Pirates finished the season with a 9-4 record, the most wins since 2013 and tied for the most wins by the Pirates in the last 16 years.
