
Three Pirates Earn Preseason Accolades By Lindy’s Sports Magazine

GREENVILLE, N.C. – Three East Carolina football players have been named to preseason All-American Conference Teams according to the 2026 Lindy Sports Magazine that hit the newsstands this week.
The Pirates' selections by the publication were OL Brandon Best (second team), WR Brock Spalding (second team) and DL Kendrick DuJour (second team). The trio along with OL Hayes Creel, LB DJ Johnson Jr., WR Tyler Johnson, DB Ashton Levells-Mitchell, DL Jasiyah Robinson and DL Rion Roseborough recently garnered preseason honors by Phil Steele Magazine.

Kickoff is slated for 12 noon (ET) and will be televised on ABC. Season ticket orders are currently on sale, with packages starting at just $75 for the six-game home slate at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium this fall.
