2023-24: Indoor - Competed at four meets… Was second in the 5,000m at the Camel City Invitational and third at the Darius Dixon Memorial… Finished 22nd in the 3,000m and 15th in the 5,000m at the American Indoor Championships. Outdoor - Competed at four meets… Ran a massive personal record in the 10,000m at the Colonial Relays, finishing ninth… Was also present at the American Outdoor Championships, finishing 13th in the 10,000m and 37th in the 5,000m.
2022-23: Indoor - Competed four times. Outdoor - Competed at five meets... Won the 5,000m at the Bill Carson Invite and Trojan Relays... Had two other top-10 finishes on the season.
2021-22: Competed nine times across indoor and outdoor.
2020-21: Competed three times outdoors.
Prep: 2020 VHSAA 6A Indoor All-State Honors (3200m)... 2019 VHSAA 6A Cross Country All-State Honors (5K)
