Mobile Tickets Q&A
Q. Why did ECU make the decision to transition to mobile ticketing?
A. ECU had planned to wait until 2021 to make a full transition to mobile ticketing for football, but the COVID-19 pandemic made it necessary to eliminate the touchpoints between fans and event staff to mitigate the spread of the virus. Mobile tickets also enables fans to enjoy more control in the management of tickets; enhanced convenience and efficiency with quicker movement through stadium entry points; improved security against counterfeit or stolen tickets; and the ability to transfer tickets electronically to family and friends.
Q. Will ECU be transitioning to mobile tickets for other sports?
A. Mobile ticketing for other ECU Athletics events will be discussed at a later date.
Q. What email should I expect my tickets and parking to come from?
A. You should expect to receive an email from athletictickets@ecu.edu.
Q. When will my tickets and parking arrive via email?
A. The email from athletictickets@ecu.edu should arrive on Monday, October 12 for the Navy game. If you do not see the email from athletictickets@ecu.edu, please be sure to check the spam/junk mail folders prior to contacting the ticket office. Tickets for future home games will arrive via email on the Monday of each game week.
Q. How do I download my digital ticket(s)?
A. It is a very simple process and we are here to help. Once you receive your email, click on the hyperlink in the body of the email to download your ticket(s). When you download your ticket, you should be prompted to save the ticket in a phone application such as “Apple Wallet” or “Google Pay.” Look in those applications on your mobile for your digital ticket.

A. No. With mobile tickets, all tickets are fully mobile and only accessible on your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.
Q. Will my parking pass also be mobile?
