Digital Ticketing Guide
PREPARE BEFORE YOU GO
East Carolina Athletics has transitioned to digital ticketing. Â Your tickets can be accessed via the link originally sent to your email, or by logging into your online ticket account on your phone.
To access your tickets on your phone please visit www.ecupirates.com/tickets, click on “MANAGE ACCOUNT".
When using mobile tickets at an event, we recommend the following tips:
- Once you receive your tickets, please add them to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app on your phone. Â If there are time changes to the game, they will automatically be updated if the ticket is in your wallet. By adding your ticket(s) to your mobile wallet in advance, you can avoid slow or weak Wi-Fi or cellular signals at the stadium.
- If you are attending with other guests, transfer each person their individual ticket in advance. (instructions on how to transfer your tickets are detailed below)
- Make sure your phone is fully charged before heading to the stadium.
- Make sure your phone's screen is clean and free of scratches and cracks.
