Mobile Ticketing Guide
All ECU Athletics tickets are mobile and will be delivered digitally. Fans are strongly encouraged to download their tickets to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arriving at the venue for the easiest entry experience.
Option 1: Access Tickets From Your Email
- Open the ticket delivery email on your mobile device.
- Tap the ticket link inside the email.
- Log in to your ECU ticket account if prompted.
- Select the event you are attending.
- Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
- Follow the prompts to save the ticket to your mobile wallet.
- Repeat this process for each ticket if you have multiple tickets.
Once your tickets are added to your mobile wallet, you do not need to log back in to your account at the gate.
Option 2: Access Tickets From Your Online Account
- Visit your ECU Athletics ticket account on your mobile device.
- Log in using the email address associated with your tickets.
- Scroll down to upcoming events.
- Select the event you are attending.
- Tap the ticket you would like to download.
- Select Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
- Follow the prompts to save the ticket to your mobile wallet.
- Repeat for each ticket if needed.
Screenshots of mobile tickets should not be used for entry.
Mobile tickets are designed to be scanned directly from your online account, Apple Wallet, or Google Wallet. A screenshot may not include the correct live ticket information and may not scan at the gate.
To avoid delays, do not screenshot your ticket and do not send screenshots to other people. Each ticket should be downloaded directly to the mobile wallet of the person using it.
Forwarding a ticket email to another person does not properly transfer the ticket.
If someone else needs to use your ticket, you must transfer the ticket through your ECU Athletics ticket account. This ensures the ticket is officially moved to the recipient and can be added to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Forwarded emails may not give the recipient proper access to the ticket and could cause issues at the gate.
