Digital Parking Guide
ECU Athletics parking passes are now mobile for football, basketball and baseball. Digital parking passes work just like mobile game tickets and should be downloaded to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arriving at the venue.
How Digital Parking Works
Your digital parking passes will be delivered and accessed the same way as your mobile game tickets. Each game or event has its own separate parking pass, so you must select and download the parking pass for the specific event you are attending.
Before leaving for the game, add the correct parking pass to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Parking staff will scan the QR barcode on the pass when your vehicle enters the lot.
Each reserved parking pass will display the assigned parking lot and space number. Every parking lot has its own color to help identify the correct parking location.
Option 1: Access Your Pass From Your Email
- Open the parking pass delivery email on your mobile device.
- Tap the parking pass link inside the email.
- Log in to your ECU Athletics ticket account if prompted.
- Select the specific game or event you are attending.
- Select the parking pass associated with that event.
- Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
- Follow the prompts to save the parking pass to your mobile wallet.
- Confirm that the pass matches the correct game before arriving.
Once your parking pass is saved to your mobile wallet, you do not need to log back into your account at the lot entrance.
Option 2: Access Your Pass From Your Account
- Visit your ECU Athletics ticket account on your mobile device.
- Log in using the email address associated with your account.
- Scroll down to upcoming events.
- Select the specific game or event you are attending.
- Select the parking pass associated with that event.
- Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
- Follow the prompts to save the parking pass to your mobile wallet.
- Have the pass open and ready as you approach the lot.
What to Do When You Arrive
- Confirm that your parking pass matches the game or event you are attending.
- Open your digital parking pass before reaching the lot entrance.
- Have the QR barcode ready to be scanned by parking staff.
- Anyone inside the vehicle may display the parking pass for scanning.
- After the pass is scanned, proceed into the parking lot listed on the pass.
- If your pass is for reserved parking, park only in the numbered space displayed on the pass.
- If your pass is for Elmhurst or Belk, parking is general admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Each parking pass is valid for one vehicle and may only be scanned one time.
- No re-entry is permitted. Once a pass has been scanned, it cannot be used to enter the lot again.
Most ECU Athletics parking areas are reserved. Reserved parking passes display a lot name and a specific parking space number.
Vehicles must park in the exact space shown on the digital parking pass. Parking in another assigned space may prevent the correct permit holder from parking and could result in the vehicle being relocated or towed at the owner’s expense.
Elmhurst and Belk are the only general admission parking lots.
These passes do not include an assigned space. Fans may park in any available space within the designated lot on a first-come, first-served basis.
