2005: Did not experience game action as a junior ... Worked with top kicker Robert Lee and punter Ryan Dougherty as scout team performer.

2004: Did not experience any action as a backup to veteran Brandon Howard ... Member of scout team. 2003: Joined Pirate program as a walk-on in October (enrolled at ECU the fall of [apos]02) ... Loyally answered the call for help to provide depth as a reserve when then-backup Michael Yartin was forced to take over the snapping duties in the absence of Howard, who suffered a season-ending injury Sept. 30 against Houston.

High School: Played center and handled deep-snapping duties for Rocky Mount High School ... Two-year starter at center ... Named all-area special teams player-of-the-year as a senior ...
