A popular reserve quarterback who has unselfishly delivered three productive years as one of the program’s top scout team performers in addition to reliable role as the Pirates’ animated offensive game-day sideline signal distributor … Expected to open junior season in a similar role, but could also experience action on special teams as a possible holder on placekicking tries.

2019: Played in one game as a sophomore, appearing briefly in the Pirates’ 24-21 victory at Old Dominion … Recognized by coaching staff as program’s top special teams scout performer of the season.

2018: Spent majority of redshirt freshman campaign on the developmental roster competing on the scout squad, but did play in two contests – Connecticut and NC State … Completed one-of-two pass attempts for four yards and recorded three carries for -5 yards … Made both throws in the season finale against Wolfpack at Carter-Finley Stadium … Connected with Jonathan Johnson on the four-yarder (3rd-and-15 snap in the fourth quarter) … Also had one rush (-3 yards) vs. NC State … Other two ground attempts came against the Huskies (-2 yards) during the Pirates’ 55-21 victory at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium.

2017: Redshirted after earning initial roster position as a walk-on prior to the start of the season … Lauded for efforts on scout team preparing ECU’s defense on a weekly basis.
