Made an impression on the Pirates’ new coaching staff during spring workouts and earned inclusion on the preseason offensive two-deep as a top backup at the right guard position (behind Sean Bailey) … Despite current assignment, has the capability and experience to also play tackle and center … Was a late addition to the 2018 signing class, officially inking a grant-in-aid with the Pirate program on June 22 … Transferred to ECU as a sophomore after playing only one competitive season at Garden City (Kan.) 2018: Experienced action in just one game during initial season with the Pirates, which oddly was a start … Opened the Tulane contest at right guard … Helped ECU amass 450 total yards (360 passing) during a 24-18 set back at Yulman Stadium in New Orleans … Arrived on the Greenville campus immediately after signing, enrolled in summer classes and began participation with the Pirates’ summer strength and conditioning program.
