2017: Tallied 12 tackles (10 solo) while playing in eight contests as a redshirt freshman … Opened last three games of the season at cornerback against Tulane, Cincinnati and Memphis … Collected 11 stops as a starter, with a personal-best five coming vs. the Bearcats at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium … Also logged four unassisted tackles in first collegiate start against Green Wave before closing campaign with a pair of hits vs. the Tigers … Registered first career stop in season opener against James Madison … Did not play against Connecticut, UCF, BYU and Houston … Made six tackles on passing plays, five on rushes … Posted other hit as a member of special teams (kickoff return) … Also credited with three pass breakups (two vs. Cincinnati, one vs. Tulane).
2016: Redshirted as a true freshman … Offered consistent contributions as a member of the defensive and special teams developmental/scout squads … Member of Scottie Montgomery’s first signing class, inking with the Pirate program in February.
