Hannah Hansley was named Director of On-Campus Recruiting at East Carolina University on March 17, 2025. She returned to ECU after serving at the University of Maryland as the Coordinator of On-Campus Recruiting and Football Operations from June 2023 to February 2025.

While at Maryland, Hansley played a key role in managing official and unofficial visits, junior days, and game day operations. She coordinated guest lists, sideline access, and post-game logistics, while also reconciling recruiting and travel expenses. In her football operations role, she assisted with team travel, onboarding of student-athletes and staff, and helped register the entire 2024 roster to vote. She also led efforts in player development, family engagement, and the team’s mentorship program.

Hansley previously served as a recruiting intern at ECU for two years while completing her undergraduate studies. She earned her bachelor's degree in communication in just three years, graduating magna cum laude in the summer of 2023 with a 3.67 GPA.

A native of Charlotte, N.C., Hansley brings a strong background in recruiting and football operations to her leadership role with the Pirates.
