Quinn Willard is in her first year as the director of on-campus recruiting at East Carolina, a position she officially began on May 13, 2024.

Willard previously worked for the ECU football staff as a recruiting graduate assistant since August of 2023. In her previous role, she supported all aspects of the team's recruiting efforts while maintaining a recruiting database for all prospects, assisted with planning and coordinating official and unofficial visits to campus and supported the recruiting office with additional administrative duties.

An ECU graduate, Willard first gained experience as a recruiting student assistant for the Pirates from 2021 – 2023 where she assisted with prospect official/unofficial visits and other ancillary items.

Willard received her bachelor's degree in communication/public relations with minors in sports studies and psychology in May of 2023 and is currently pursuing her master's in sport management at ECU.
