A young, talented and explosive ball-carrier who made an impression on ECU’s new coaching staff during the spring, which resulted in depth chart inclusion heading into his first season on the Pirates’ active roster … Officially listed as a top reserve alongside veteran Hussein Howe in the offensive backfield … Potentially could serve as a viable pass-catching weapon from the running back position … Also expected to experience additional game-day action as a special teams performer … Picked up 11 yards on four carries and caught a three-yard TD pass (from Reid Herring) during the first spring scrimmage on March 30 … Added eight yards on three attempts in the second outing (April 6) before rushing for 18 yards on eight totes during the Purple-Gold Game on April 13.

2018: Did not experience game action during the fall (redshirted) … Member of the Pirates’ development squad and offered contributions as a scout team performer … Was a late addition to ECU’s preseason training camp roster, officially joining the program on August 2.
