2018-19: Placed second in the 5,000 at the Pickle Festival Relays … Was fifth in the 5,000 at the Bill Carson Invitational … Ran the 3,000 and 5,000 at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships, producing season-best marks in each event.

High School: Earned all-state honors at the 2016 NCHSAA Cross Country State Championships (8th) and 2017 NCHSAA Cross Country State Championships (9th).
