2024-25: Cross Country – Competed at two meets. Indoor – Competed at the D1 Pre-National meet. Outdoor – Competed at three meets.

2023-24: Cross Country - Competed four times on the season... Finished 40th at the Pirate Invite. Indoor - Did not compete. Outdoor - Competed at three meets… Was fourth in the 800m and sixth in the 1,500m at the Bill Carson Invitational… Finished second in the 3,000m steeple at the Aggie Classic.

Prep: Two-year team captain… Four-time team MVP for cross country, two-time for track… Adidas Nationals outdoor champion in two mile… All-state for outdoor 800m and 1,600m… Second in the state at indoor 1,600m as a junior and senior… Broke school record in the mile as a senior… Fourth at state cross country championship meet as a senior… Also competed in swimming freshman-junior years.

Personal: Son of Marion and Jason… Has two siblings, Josh and Drew… Graduate of North Raleigh Christian Academy in Raleigh, N.C… Cousin Anson wrestles at Muhlenberg College… National Honor Society Member academically.
